By submitting this request you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. The Forge is not responsible for any shipping discrepancies which may include but not limited to; Damage, Delays, Lost in Transit, and any other unexpected events that may occur from the shipping carrier(s). You also agree that all information submitted is accurate and contains the most up to date information related to your card. You, as the customer wanting the grading service, are responsible for any fees that PSA extends to The Forge regarding your order. You are responsible to cover the full cost of the grading once sent out. Failure to pay the grading costs and fees, you hereby agree to forfeit the product(s) that are being sent for grading under The Forge as new ownership.
